About the business
One operator, one machine, and no corners cut
Goodman's Site Services is an owner-operated outfit based in Spruce Grove, working across Parkland County and the surrounding acreages. When you book a job you get the owner on the machine, not a crew you've never met.
The work is built around a Bobcat T450 track loader. Rubber tracks spread the weight out, so it can work on soft, wet ground and cross a lawn without tearing it to pieces the way a wheeled machine would — which matters a lot on an acreage in spring.
A driveway is only as good as what's underneath it. Geotextile goes down before the gravel, the base gets built up properly, and the finished surface is rolled and compacted — not just dumped and spread. That's the difference between a driveway that lasts and one that's rutted again by next spring.
And the work doesn't stop at freeze-up — once the ground's frozen we're on snow, keeping acreage driveways and yards clear through the winter.
